Connect Reverb to NitroMule
Updated 2026-09-15
On this page
Connect Reverb with a Personal Access Token so awaiting-shipment orders import into NitroMule. Rate shop, buy labels from the order, and push tracking back to Reverb.
Requirements
- A NitroMule account on a plan that includes store connections (Business)
- A Reverb seller account
- A Personal Access Token with order read/write (Reverb → API & Integrations)
- A default ship-from address in NitroMule
Note
Local pickup orders are skipped. Staging NitroMule sites use Reverb sandbox; production links use the live API.
Connect
- Open Stores in NitroMule → Reverb → Connect.
- Create a PAT at Reverb → API & Integrations, paste it, and Connect.
- Select Sync (or open Orders — NitroMule auto-syncs if the last sync was more than a few minutes ago).
Features
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Order import | Pulls awaiting-shipment orders into Incomplete |
| Auto-sync | When you open Orders, syncs if the last sync is older than about 3 minutes |
| Tracking write-back | Marks the Reverb order shipped with carrier + tracking after you buy a label |
Important
Create labels from the imported order, not as a one-off Get Label shipment, so tracking can write back to Reverb.
Troubleshooting
- Connect disabled / Coming Soon: Production needs
NM_REVERB_STORES_ENABLED=1. - Environment mismatch: Staging vs production sandbox flag does not match — disconnect and reconnect.
- Tracking not on Reverb: Open the order’s Reverb details panel for any write-back error; tracking still exists in NitroMule.
